Ibrahim Fullah is definitely going to be a fans favourite in the next few years. He was absolutely immense today. Can tell that we are going to like JRC as well, definitely going to improve our midfield
If Burstow is cheap & isn't a looking to be an instant impact signing for us, I think most of us would be ok with that, as there is talent there somewhere, and he's still young.
If it blocks the way of a more consistent player then I wouldn't want us to get him.
Either way, Jones knows best.
We have plenty of our own talented strikers to develop. Why take a punt on one who's left and failed elsewhere?
Has he failed ?
He certainly hasn't been particularly successful. I'm not ruling out completely and if Jones thinks there's something to work on I'd absolutely be willing to wait and see.
That said I've generally seen all the signings so far and been able to look at them as improvements or at least useful parts of a bigger squad. Burstow would be one I'd struggle to do that for (but of course that is why Jones is a manager and I am not.)
I wouldn't be surprised if Asiimwe goes out on loan , I think NJ would be fine with Apter/JRC/Ramsay as options on the right.
Would still like competition for Edwards on the left that isn't playing Bell there.
In an ideal world I agree
Maybe Enslin will step up to provide that
I think Enslin has a very very bright future , I just don't want a situation like last season where Edwards gets crocked early doors and Kai has to be thrown in.
I guess it's a luxury signing really if everything is pointing towards us wanting to add more attacking threats.
I see Wrexham lost in NZ 1 - 0 to Wellington Phoenix. Meaningless really but nice to see.
Apparently their firm, the 'Wellington Wallies' bashed up some of Wrexham's top boys who traveled over. More than one family holiday ruined. Good omen for this season me'thinks.

Was bollocks for me on FM so on that basis alone it's a no thanks from me, and a reminder Dexter when we're 1-0 up to secure a place in the championship playoffs don't set the ball across the box to give their forward an open goal you muppet, sorry still raging about it

Probably a nice to have but if he can play wing back and he's cheap coming from league 1 last season then I'd take him as a squad option. Saves us having to move Ramsay out of his best position if Aptor plays further up the pitch. If he also provides cover for Edwards that's even better.

What is it with our obsession with defenders . It’s a bit of flair we a missing .
That's precisely the reason this is most likely bollocks. Cawley has expressly stated its forwards/midfielders we're after and that's about as official as it gets.
