We lost Small, Chuks and Watson and three other fringe players so six out. We have brought seven into what was a small (pun intended) squad.
Taylor and Ahadme appear to be injured and/or out of favour so that is eight down on last year, Fullah is great but still very young, Kanu and M'Bick may go out on loan, Reid is only covering for the injured Mannion.
We also need nine subs so if anything we are still two to four short.5 -

not seen a huge amount of him but Fukuda certainly looks like he could fit in with the physicality and power here in the EFL
The other goal I saw him score was from a high press where he nicked the ball about 30 yards out, nutmegged the last defender and then squeezed it past the keeper. He certainly appears to have decent attacking instincts and a terrific engine

Gutted if Ramsay left but I think we need to be asking a minimum of £7 million come January. Realistically he’s going at some point and I’d like to think / expect that his leaving would fund a couple of signings of very decent quality. It’s all about squad building window on window but the sad reality is our top talent is always going to be cherry picked. Was ever thus.2

I would be surprised if Ramsey left this window the club are trying to build a good squad we don’t need the money so why sell probably your best player ? If he has a good season this year he will be worth a lot more next year then I can see him going4

Well yes but to be entirely fair that's probably true of nearly every squad except maybe the ex-Prem lot and a few other big spenders like Birmingham. I doubt there's many squads who'll have that much more depth than us - not because we're particularly weak or strong, just the nature of the game these days.sam3110 said:

That’s our squad atm that gives us 28. You send AMB, Asiimwe A.Mitchell/Z.Mitchell Kanu Ahadme on loan, and try to permanently offload Taylor that gives us 22-23. You bring in 2-3 more of a ST RWB and maybe a CAM that gives a squad of 25 which is exactly what NJ wanted. We don’t have to even think about offloading any regular 1st team players to get the squad to a manageable size

Of the face of it I guess he would not want to sign right now… on the other hand his current deal probably isn’t great which might tip the balance
