How long does it take for Comms to put up 2 lines of info , say, 24 hours before a match ?
Find this unsatisfactory especially for those of us who pay £7 pm throughout the year ...
But as of last night when I checked, there was no information & nothing showing via " How to purchase your Charlton TV Pass ".....so I'd call this a belated ( or dare I say forgotten" ) piece of communication.
Apologies for seeming to criticise something at our club whilst there is SO much positivity re the new signings etc but off the field updates /news are important to fans who are just as keen to watch matches if they can't attend in person.
And , of course, not all supporters are Lifers....
Communication is of paramount importance IMO.

If you hadn't heard/read the announcement in June, why on earth would you google it ????
