Chaplin got booked after the equaliser. The reason, he kicked the ball with a lot of force into the crowd, which annoyed the Brum players. A justified booking imo.
A good time to play Ipswich, as they have effectively lost their 2 best players, Delap who's gone already, and Hutchinson who's on his way, and have money to spend.
2 - 1 to Millwall. Like most teams in this league a lot are evenly matched. Very competitive and hardly much between them. That's why even this early in the season those first points are important.
Says it all about the division that Stoke are the only team to win by more than a solitary goal and only one of three teams that have managed two goals or more from 10 matches. Small sample and it is early days but, as Burnley demonstrated, clean sheets can get you up to the PL. In fact, apart from Leeds, no team scored 70 goals and Sunderland managed to get promoted with just 58 goals in 46 matches.
This is why it was so important to have had a promotion last season based on a solid defence. And Fortress Valley of course!

I’m sure in the Norwich v Millwall game they said Norwich scored 71 last year.
We'll need Edwards to be fit and at his best to negate McCrorie, their RWB. Twine looks dangerous too, will have to make sure we don't concede any free kicks 20-30 yards out

Yeah, thought the Brum player should’ve been booked too.
Edited this.
If we lose and the other lunchtime games are draws then we'll be bottom of the table!!!

How nice it is watching an exciting, high quality game as a neutral in your own division.
Jokes aside, was an absolute beaut of strike... love those daisy cutters that just arrow into the goal, they're almost therapeutic to watch.
That was Langstaff's 1st goal in his 34th game for Millwall !
Prolific in the National League which is the 5th tier when he broke a scoring record while playing for Notts County.
