…anyone else massively disappointed by it? Increased in size yet still had next to no room and needing to queue to get in. Disappointed in both food stalls as the pizza place had no menus and The Grill had no prices, put me off buying anything just in case it was over priced.
Had to resort to food in the ground (Covered End Lower) and they’ve removed the self service drinks machines and half the pumps didn’t seem to work, along with the food being substandard & expensive still.
Maybe I’m just bitter at the lack of Chicken George and needing a rant but as a whole I felt quite disappointed in it

Why as a business would you not be up and ready to go for opening time? Very shoddy, they must have lost quite a bit of money to the bagel wagon.
Another mate came back after waiting a long time for a beer to say two of the staff were playing with their phones.
Big shake up on training for actual customer service needed, or sackings, some of these youngsters serving just don’t seem to care or get it.
Added to that as we walked in a steward who seemed to have the IQ of a chair leg actually asked me “Are we at the west side of the ground”? Then as I showed him our season tickets for the covered end for entry he stated that it was only for “west side fans” until another steward interrupted and corrected him.
Where do we get these idiots, and who is training them?
Good say the hens
