Haircut on wages? He'll need time to gel there, but I heard the deals not cut and dry yet, they're still trying to shave a bit off deal, and they might need to trim the squad beforehand, too many in the middle I've heard, but short back and sides.
Be interesting to see who are the first choice stand-ins at wing-back if we don't sign anyone else. We have obvious, specialist back-ups in virtually every other position but I can't see it here (without wanting to be greedy).
RWB: 1) Rankin-Costello 2) Ramsay? Not the strongest position for either.
LWB: 1) Bell 2) Fullah? Again not the most natural and requires a reshuffle to current strongest XI if Bell.
Wouldn’t be shocked to see TC at wingback. Considering we play with a hybrid wingback/Winger. Gives the option of playing on the right and left and both bell and Ramsay have the ability to drift from a wide centre back to fullback.

Not quite accurate as it doesn't include the training fee we got for Small, even if that wasn't huge. It's good that we haven't had to sell any of our best players to fund our signings this season though. Contrast that with Wrexham who are struggling to shift their fringe players who they are paying too much every week
