I will say for Ahadme that while you can question if he ever had the quality we needed (and the answer to that question is no), I have never heard anything that suggests his attitude was bad or that he was anything other than professional.

I genuinely do hope he manages to reinvent himself and start playing again, just hopefully not in a Charlton shirt.
I'm not even sure he's as bad as everyone makes out. As an entire team we were bad last season before December, and yes i know he was a part of that but our play was poor, we looked generally lost and we created very little. But had he got minutes in the second half of the season team i think we'd have seen a much better player. Good luck to him on loan.
He couldn’t have conjured up mobility or a first touch. I wish him well on loan .
Our fans have conjured up a first touch for Leaburn and have made it a realty in their minds so I am choosing to do the same for Ahadme
I’m going to conjure up that Leaburn is considerably better than Ahadme .

Ahadme's touch isn't bad, it's the fact he's slow, and at the start of last season people like Berry and TC took a while to heat up and get used to where the ball would fall when he was winning it.

One of Gas' biggest strengths is his engine, he pressed endlessly and tirelessly for us early in the season, forcing teams into rushing it or making mistakes.

He'll do well at Stevenage, then we'll see what happens

Hope he scores loads. The better season he has the more likely we are to get a fee for him. Anyway, regardless he deserves to be enjoying his football.

Scored 90 seconds into debut as an 81st minute sub!
Good, hope he keeps it up and they want to take him off our hands permanently.

Interesting comments in the Cawley Substack from Alex Revell, the Stevenage manager, about Gass and the need to shake of the negativity of the past season

Could still have a big future at Charlton next season if we slipped back in league one

    It was a good goal.
He pointed to where he wanted the ball, ran onto it and hooked it in.
    Well done Gas.

Pleased for him but he has found his level.
Way things are going Stevenage will be a Championship side next season.
Though I doubt they keep it up this would be really ideal, as then they might buy him off us permanently, and they’d probably be nailed on to go down next season
