What's yours?
I partly ask this question as have to charge phone in curry house. No power available and british gas are being a pain.
It was either that question or what's your favorite curry restaurant.
There's a lot to choose from.....but my answer is Phil Parkinson.
He did put a side together and we had a decent midfield at one point.
To throw names out there within that very long list
Jackson, Riga and an ex assistant manager with a 100% record who's name I've forgotten.

So many to choose from, but mine has got to be Ben Garner for the pure football that we played.7

Karl Robinson.
He was an alright manager, whereas most apart from the excluded 3 were crap.5 -
Pardew is very unlikeable as a person but he did nearly keep us up and there was a lot of damage caused.
He was good for about 3 months.1 - Sponsored links:

Jackson easily didn’t play the best football, but what he did with an abysmal team was incredible to get them from 23rd to 13th. When you achieve midtable with Macgillvray Matthews Clare Pearce Lee Gilbey Washington and Stockley in your best XI not considering he lost the two strikers for 3 months with injuries as well.9

Would you still say Jackson if he didn’t have his Charlton background and the judgement was purely based on his managerial ability alone?
I wasn't around for any of his games wgen he was in charge.1 -

Who is Charlton’s best manager since Curbs excluding Charlton’s three best managers since Curbs? Odd question.24
-
Dean Holden who was never given the chance or the resources to prove himself - followed by Jose Riga.0
-
He wasn't the best, but one of my favourite manager moments was Luzon's sprint celebration when we scored very late against Hull.0
-
Jose Riga. His first spell in particular ,
Inherited a pretty poor team just outside the relegation places with only a couple of months of the season remaining
One job , keep the club from being relegated.Passed with flying colours.12 -

Loved jacko, and thought he was unfairly sacked. Take him out of the equation, has to be Riga. Knew what he was doing and came across really well.
For pure entertainment value, Luzon was fun1 -

Riga.
Foreign boss who'd never managed in the UK. Knew nothing about us or the English leagues. Took the job like a duck to water & kept us up.4
