Very decent pricing given its midweek3

Preston is £35 but Derby is £32 by coach but Derby is 90 miles nearer to Charlton.I can only assume one of the factors on the pricing is how many coaches will go. The pricing does seem to vary a lot.0

I’m off to this one. For reasons I wrote about in MODmag. Will be with Martin’s sister. He was such a lovely man - albeit with a sharp edge!

£20 to get in is good. 20:00 kickoff not so great but should still be fine for the 22:20 train back to London.1
-
Was 50/50 on this one as I can't make Preston. If there's a train back I'm definitely going.0

Got mine, Hard Arsing by coach.0

Not been to Derby before. I think it is a 15 minutes (0.8mile walk) to the station.
Game starts at 20.00 so with say 5mins injury time first half and 10mins seconds half (hopefully less) then it would finish at 22.00 leaving 20 mins for the train...
Assume this is all fine and as a new stadium it is quicker getting out of than QPR which took ages.0 -

Not sure if the QPR coach ran, at £25, but it is likely to have made a loss. It would probably have broken even at £12.3 -

Next away game.0

Always preferred this one, a casual ten minutes walk from the station. As has been mentioned by @clive there is a train back after the game. We could possibly have around 1000 for this one.

Hopefully yesterday's result, the very good pricing plus the fact you can get a train back will inspire a few more to go to this.0

Unfortunately the 22:20 train isn't much help now, unless you're willing to spend these amounts on your 2 x 90 minute trains:

Train prices in this country are an absolute disgrace and don't get enough negative press18

It's a shame, cause I would like to drink more often at games and go to the pubs, but my car is cheaper, more reliable, and I don't have to worry about cancellations etc.
The trains are shocking and completely overpriced.3 -
What I think would be useful would be for the club to run a coach from London Bridge or some such station. Not all of us live in the se London area anymore.Id love to go to more games but the rail fares are bonkers. But that could possibly be a coach with just me on it.0
