Bloke who is clearly not about all that in glasses holding his hands up to show he's not interested gets a clump. If that's what their lot are about these days deary me. Breaking into a stand housed by mainly scarfer types and clearly significantly outnumbering those who are up for it.
Puts to bed all that bollocks about bullshit romanticised honour and code and nonsense that gets rolled out in the hoolie wanksfest films. Get up to the woods with like minded people, pay a subsidy to the NHS to sort you out afterwards or go to a boxing club and leave the rest of us to get on with the game ffs.
Tragic, inadequate people. Bullies
A couple of Charlton idiots who either ran or the Millwall lot didn't get to them doesn't mean it's alright to start on whoever next is available
There's always gonna be people there it's e to the stairs for the the fucking exit. Absolutely no need for their fans to be there as their exit is the other end....other than looking to have a row.Put your phone away and go and have a beer and samba on the beach or something
No need for the sarcasm.0 -

That Millwall fan who ran from ES into JS & Millwall fought stewards off & he got into the AWAY end....
If Police can be bothered its all online so they can find these idiots.....1 -
What a massive cock up to not man that gate with more than 2 stewards.1
-
punch landing on the fan reasoning with Millwall to not attack fans.......0 -
Stewarding and a removable barriers in away end would have prevented the Millwall fans
even being able to get to the gates?0 - Sponsored links:

You couldn't make this nonsense up (not you Airman).0 -

The whole of the West Sand was trying to squeeze out of one gate. Which wouldn't have been as bad if everyone was then turning right along the "appointed" route, but it was carnage with people not knowing which way they could or should go. So the stairs were backed up all the way to the top and people weren't moving.
Surely that's a safety concern? And it definitely blew a whole in the myth some on here were going along with that the diversion would only add 10-15 mins to the walk to the station.0 -
Most importantly though, did anyone see Scooby8

Its all online YT & insta under Charlton v Millwall there are a host of videos...like three Tottenham fans in ES goading Millwall not sure if they were involved in the Gate incident?0 -
The ridiculous thing about all of this is that it's not even a bunch of day trippers looking for aggro like you'd get at Wembley or what you'd expect at a home game where there's 16k of them. To get a ticket for Charlton away you've got to be (i assume) a regular away traveller with a high points total.
One thing is certain though, whatever plan the police concoct for next season it has to be different to the shambles from Saturday.4 -

I presume Charlton fan engagement team and CAST will be discussing Saturdays game with the relevant people at Charlton today. Sharing the concerns of our supporters who were put in danger by poor organisation & policing & stewarding of this match & that some of our fans were attacked because of woeful planning.9

You couldn't make this nonsense up (not you Airman).
Think about it. All venues have emergency exits but these are generally not kept open because you would get people from outside using them to gain unauthorised entry.1 -

not sure we regularly see police here with other away followings - maybe we do?It’s clearly a mistake on this occasion but I’m wondering maybe the norm even when other less desirable away followings have been at the ground.0 -

Apart from anything else, staff use these gates to move in and out, and around, the stadium. It would be impractical to lock and unlock them with a padlock every time they are opened.1 -
