    We found this poster tucked inside #cafc scrapbooks recently donated by Steve Sutherland.

    Is that Rodney Stone, Charlton General Manager, writing on the back of the poster?

    Charlton beat CF Lloret 5 - 2 with goals from Flanagan (2), Peacock (2), and P Davies.

    Wonderful donation from an 87 year old fan, Polly Huggins, of 1952 original #cafc 8" x 6" press photos

    Keirnan, Hewie, Hurst & Johnson just four of the stars posing for the camera 

    These were stock photos to be held by agencies and newspapers for use as and when

    I notice that Bournemouth are listed as ‘Bournemouth and Bos’. Fans of a certain vintage may recall that AFC Bournemouth were once ‘Bournemouth and Boscombe Athletic’. I remember a match with them when their fans chanted ‘Boscombe’ rather than ‘Bournemouth’. Can’t imagine Brighton fans cheering ‘Hove’ somehow.

    Letters from our archive. Spurs lent Charlton some turnstile operators for the 1985 FA Cup replay but #cafc weren't happy with the "discrepancies" between the count and the money handed in by those operators. #thfc were having none of it.
