Glasner would be a great appointment for them.4
-
They'll go for Southgate because he's free2
-
Glasner to ManUre, Southgate to Palace, it's written in the stars10
-
Iraola would be superb for them, hopefully they go with Southgate instead1
-
Southgate isn't actually a bad option.
Personally think they should bring him in if they want someone to have a long term input towards fixing things.
Would be uniteds 1st English manager for over 40 years.
Maguire probably isn't going anywhere.2 -
As someone who rated Southgate for England, I think he'd be a terrible option for a club team, so hopefully he'll go to Palace
Still think the Club / International Management is very different, and the likes of Southgate / Coleman have proven they can deal with coaching a team, but dont rate either at having to do the extra week in, week out bits.4 -
A major difference is that Southgate doesn't have a job, whereas the other 2 do. And it sounds weird to say it, but is Man U the sort of club to jump ship to at the moment?
Both Glasner and Iraola will get other offers1 - Sponsored links:

Glasner is also out of contract at the end of this season, so if United did go for him the compensation probably wouldn't be too high.3 -

Could see Southgate as an interim until the end of the season.
Actually wonder if he might do OK, even though I don't think he's great. Could look to sort the club culture out a bit like he did with England.

Please let it be Wayne Rooney, However I hear he wants to get back managing the Female Super Vets team.1
-
Think they’re jinxed at the moment.
I doubt whoever comes will succeed, their previous selections have truly backfired big time, I get the impression no one has a clue.0 -
Doubt it will be Southgate. Either of the other two would be a super choice.
Sacking Amorin and his coaches as well as probably paying compensation for AND salaries for either of the other two, would cost Man U another king's ransom.
I'd like to see Man U do well. I am bored with the same old 'faces' dominating the Prem table.2 - Sponsored links:

Shaw in a back 3.
Bruno as a DM.
Mainoo on the bench.
You could improve them immediately by starting 3 natural centre backs, having Mainoo as a DM, and moving Bruno further forward.
But ultimately the formation will struggle until they buy two decent wing backs.1 -

But yes agree they need another midfielder, they wanted to sign Baleba in the summer but they'd already spunked all their money on the front 3.0 -
The power shift has truly happened. Said to my Dad at the weekend if ManUre had a season like this in the past, they'd go out and sign Isak, Frimpong, Eze and Reijinders. Unfortunately for them they don't have the pull they used to and now have to sign players from Wolves and Brentford, and watch Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City hoover up all the best players.6

United need new owners and then a considerable amount of time after that.
Probably 3-5 years
Then its likely they'd return to being top 4 and title contenders.3
