It really doesn't as he was training with Charlton before Josh's injury and we have Bell to cover with Macca going to LCB.
The way Nathan was speaking it was more to give experienced attacking options to either TC and Apter with the one on one attacking the full backs.3 -
I'm married to a Norwich supporter for my sins so I've seen Onel play a few times. He's always looked a good honest team player and the fans loved him. I think they were disappointed when Norwich let him go, especially how they are playing at the moment! He'll certainly be up for the Ipswich game!7

Looking at his highlights reel which obviously can be deceiving he looks very direct with a head down and beat your man approach to attacking. Hopefully he is a success and TC learns some of his traits0

Big cigars and gigantic cars.
Cuba flair and German efficiency.
This was a left field signing until January.
Cuba, Blackpool or Harrogate, we will seek and find talent.
Good luck Onel Hernandez and bring your Norwich best days with you.

Which is probably the weakest bit of TC's game. He tends to hit and hope when he crosses the ball.0 -
Si Senor!
Pass the ball to Onel and he will score
He plays out wide, give him the ball and he'll score every time0 -

My mate from up that way said he's shit and a waste of money. He ended the conversation, saying "Up the tractor boys".10

NCFC connected coach I know said he's like a "fast car without a driver"
Which made me think of Small I.e. frequently kicking it out of play when bursting forwards etc.
He didn't think it would be a good signing for us
My take? In NJ we trust!1 -
He might just be the player that can get Charlie Kelman’s season up and running. He definitely knows how to pick out a pass. Looks very comfortable on the ball.1

There is absolutely zero chance NJ is considering an alternative for his star boy especially a player we didn’t even sign until October. I reckon the only time we will see Hernandez play is if Bell gets injured or we’re 1-0 down with 10 to play and want someone a bit more attacking at LWB1

Agree TC does seem to be 'teachers pet' but TBF to Tyreece he stills runs his heart out for the team and despite this being a much tougher league he still contributed to the great team goal at Derby.
There have been times I think he should be hooked earlier but that is because it's a 16 player game now and we do have game changers or game savers on the bench.
IF Nathan feels our Cuban German can be a game changer than he will replace TC at the business end of a game when he feels Hernandez is up to speed.
This turning forwards into wing backs is a hit and miss affair and I felt we got away with it with the talented Apter because Ramsey had his back which allowed Rob to spend time in the opposition half mainly.
As Hernandez is 32 can the winger or Left midfielder being turned into a Wing back if needed ?2 -
Not sure if similar to the others but to the tune of MVG... Oh Michael Van Gerwan
On-el Hernandez!
On-el, Hernandez!0
