Things can go wrong but they can on the roads too. Overall it’s a much better experience on the train and I use them a lot to go away. Easier to say today as I couldn’t make Preston anyway. Pretty sure that when the power cables to the trains are ripped down because of high winds they cancel the trains there too - difficult to run a train with no power going to the engine...ValleyGary said:Embarrassing. Thought as a proper anorak I would look it up - according to Google the trains would run in Siberia but due to their war in Ukraine they just don't have the personnel to run them efficiently.
