The worst scenario is that this Saturday is a bit blood and thunder, and as a result all 3 players get booked and miss Cardiff, which is a very winnable game.0 -

Possible replacement for (Lloyd) Jones if he goes?

I wish him all the luck in the world with his comeback. The issue that he's got with people not talking about what happened to him though is that it happened twice, not once.4

Two heart incidents and a dodgy ankle on a 30 year old who isn't exactly one of the world's great footballers. Seriously.9

A fit Tom Lockyer would be an asset in this division but I think his medical history makes him a big risk for a club like ours. Definitely not for me.2

Good luck to TL , although I feel we aren't the club for him, possibly a little lower down the pyramid, it amazes me players with ICD's come back to playing at all.1

On a personal level and empathising, I would like to see him hang up his boots, go into coaching or tv work.

Really hope that he gets back playing... Must be hard on any Footballer when they're forced to quit what they enjoy doing on terms other than their own.0

I can’t see him being on a big wedge due to the risk of signing him but I still wouldn’t want him back at Charlton .0
-
A simple issue. Is any insurance company going to cover him as a professional footballer after 2 heart incidents? And if they do, what premium would they demand? And, I think, he'll struggle to pass a medical, when any club worth it's salt, would emphasise a cardio work up.
These are all difficulties that Tom will face in extending his career. It may not be so much of a problem if he stays at Luton, but pretty difficult to deal with if he changes club...1 -
I assume any team that signs him will mitigate the risk posed by his health challenges through the contract as much as possible.1

Can't say I rated him when he was with us and wasn't disappointed when he left. Just not big enough for the hurly-burly of league 1 cloggers
Definitely not what we need right now even if Jones were to go.5 -
