Due to engineering work between Milton Keynes & Rugby there will be no Avanti trains between Euston & the north including Manchester/Preston.

The best alternative route to/from Blackburn from London appears to be Kings Cross to/from Leeds & then a direct train to/from Blackburn.

    Direct trains are only one an hour from Leeds, otherwise there is a change involved.  It could be a long day.

    Gonna be our lowest Saturday away support this season if the trains are buggered combined with the time of year

    First Sunday of January with train issues. Ground most of us have done and two away games at the end of the month (potentially 3 depending on cup draw) granted one of them is Millwall. Pompey away just before it as well. Will be surprised if we take more than 600 to be honest

    Larkfield coach leaves at 11am New Years Day as well

    How annoying, have never been to Ewood Park before so was hoping to tick this off.

    May make a weekend of it in Manchester to justify the long journey up.

    Return journey
    Dep Leeds 19.40,20.10, 21.10 advance single £23.60

    Cheapest fare to Leeds Advance single £39.40 dep Kings Cross 08.36 Arr Leeds 10.49
    Cheapest fare from Leeds Advance Single £23.60 Dep Leeds 19.40 Arr Kings Cross 21.55
    or on the Dep 20.10 Arr 22.24
    Direct trains from Leeds Dep at 57 minutes past the hour & Arr in Blackburn at 24 minutes past the hour, journey time approx 1hr 27 mins.
    Direct train from Blackburn Departs at 17.59 Arr Leeds 19.27 Day Return £19.70
    The Advance Singles are likely to increase in price, the Day Return fare will remain unchanged.
