Can't see Kane's England goalscoring record ever getting bettered.5

With his lack of pace if he stays injury free and continues at or near the top of the game next year will not be his last world cup. And tbh it's not like he has huge competition in the centre forward role for England.2

Given how he's done of late, he seems the possible successor to Kane0 -

lol!... How did that end up in the net?0

Still remember the golden generation scraping results all over Eastern Europe and then telling us there's no easy games in international football.3

Have always thought that as a result those higher in the FIFA Rankings (not the most reliable of ways to decide, but probably the "easiest") should get a stronger vote on matters than those towards the bottom etc... e.g. want to have a stronger say on matters, you invest in the Sport on a national level, and help your country advance up the rankings.1 -

But yeah if they were to make decisions that is to the benefit of their league their national team and the sport then it helps grow the game as a whole. However you and I both know that certain countries FAs can be "persuaded" by others for certain things/votes. So they won't give up on the right to have as much of a say as a major footballing nation.
* Since I first went to Latvia 20 years ago and the visits since I have had to change my team who I sort of follow 3 times. This is due to the previous team going under for numerous reasons. It's ridiculous. **
** Could be im a jinx but I've been supporting Charlton for over 35 years and as of yet we're still going.2 -
Cant see Latvia getting back into the game now...1

F.A. has already said it but....
Ezri Konsa made in Charlton.4 -
Regardless of opposition I don’t think we might have an identity under Tuchel. We move the ball so much quicker. Won’t know till the crucial games against good sides but I think the foundations are there.5

That has to be one of the shittest stadiums used for international football that i've ever seen.1

Impressively, the first team from UEFA to qualify. The Portuguese were nearly there but a late Hungarian equaliser means they'll have to wait until November now.
We have an unusual situation next month, two fully competetive international matches that we can afford to lose. I know momentum is important - though with the next proper competetive game not until June, maybe it isn't quite as importatnt as normal?
Players like Bellingham who have missed out this time will hopefully be fit and available; will TT want to give them a run out? Will he take a look at some dark-horses, or youngsters who have dual nationality he wants to pin down to England?
As we are playing the two rivals for second place, as long as we put out similar teams in both, I don't see any moral problem with putting out a "weakened" side? Though with the competition for places and the progress we have made, even a second string should be a reasonable match for Serbia and Albania.0 -

That said i think if any players have a knock or are not 100% then there might be an agreement with their club that they can sit it out.1 -
We can afford to rest players now and play reserves like Bellingham, Foden, Trent and Grealish4
