Wonder if our loanees in L1 and L2 will be allowed to play?0
-
Shocker for Chatham1
-
Until the most recent round I don’t think Toby Bower was and he has very little chance of playing for the senior team. Would be surprised to see our loanees playHenry Irving said:Wonder if our loanees in L1 and L2 will be allowed to play?0 -
Decent draw for Hemel0

Our players being cup tied hasn’t really featured as an issue for us previously! 🙁Henry Irving said:Wonder if our loanees in L1 and L2 will be allowed to play?

How many all non-league draws is that, 8? Hopefully a couple get some scalps too from the other games, bit boring when you get to the third round and it's all just league teams left4
-
Depends upon whether we can recall Kanu and Mbick and whether we do need to I guess this time around. We might not want them cup tied if that is the case.valleynick66 said:

The First Round of the FA Cup is magical in my view as you can get some really interesting ties which can benefit the grass roots.
As a Charlton fan I was embarrassed by the Cray Valley PM tie , but in terms of the bigger picture it gave that club a massive boost.
Although I am glad we are not in it. It feels like the main place where the romance of the old FA Cup still exists. It is a shame a second tier club hasn't won it since 1980.6 -
What would be the point of us not letting our loanees play in the cup? They’ll likely get longer in the cup where they are than with Charlton anyway….4

Are the TV companies still fixated with Salford? Assuming their tie with Lincoln will be picked.0
-
Chelmsford v Braintree must be the closest Derby game1
-
The Eastenders Derby or the A131 Derby?0

Crap draw for ebbsfleet lets hope they can do a man utd on them.0
-
Chelmsford vs Braintree despite being a derby is a strange tie... Havent seen many all Non-League ties on TV from the FA Cup in the past.0
-
Reasonable number of Charlton connections in the Chelmsford v Braintree game. Chelmsford have Ricky Holmes and Jason Adigun in midfield, and Lyle Taylor up front, while Braintree have James Vennings in midfield. Chelmsford almost certain to go through as they're 4-1 up in the second half with goals from Adigun, Taylor (2) and Uchegbulam, and Braintree have just had a player sent off.2
-
Jackson's bringing the Charlton FA Cup runs to AFC Wimbledon it looks like.2

Storming win for Chelmsford today, hope they get drawn favourably.0

Forgot replays had been scrapped with a few games into Extra-Time0
-
Replays at this stage make no sense financially, as the gates are so small. Where they are missed is from the 3rd round onwards, where the chance of a lucrative replay at a PL club was such money maker for smaller clubsForeverAddickted said:Forgot replays had been scrapped with a few games into Extra-Time2 -
Lucas Ness currently getting nice comments from the commentators on the Brackley Town v Notts County game, although they've also mentioned his own goal against Cray Valley Paper Mills.2
-
Definitely worth watching the highlights of this one.0
-
Matt Rush, one of the Boreham Wood scorers against Crawley, was interviewed on Grandstand or whatever it's called now and said he wanted to reach the 3rd round and as a big Charlton fan wanted to draw them.4
-
Amazing comeback by Carlisle. 2-0 down after 90 minutes, Regan Linney scored twice in added time to draw them level, then completed his hattrick in extra time.1

So the change of manager went well then.killerandflash said:Amazing comeback by Carlisle. 2-0 down after 90 minutes, Regan Linney scored twice in added time to draw them level, then completed his hattrick in extra time.0 -
Didnt realise that Jordan Cousins was at Eastleigh now
Although having to be subbed off inside 6mins due to injury, guess thats why he's at National League level1
