I'd happily execute everyone of the shitheads who stole that. Its taking food off your table and stopping you from earning a living. Anyone who buys the stuff as that's what they will be doing now trying to fence a man's tools. They are scum as bad as the wankers who stole the gear.4

I just popped on here to say you was going to be on Talksport with H&B this afternoon but I bet I've missed it now as I got distracted an hour ago!3 -
What really bothers me mate is the value is not amazing to them. It's all well-used stuff. Purchase value is 27k, but resell value must be half that. And it's a LOT of hassle to sell it all. They would struggle to sell it in bulk to anyone reputable (I've worked at making that even harder for them by contacting as many outlets as I can) and selling it in pieces is going to take ages. I took 5 lenses to a shop to get appraised last week and they weren't interested in three of them because of how used they are. That would apply to 90% of my stuff!Carter said:I'd happily execute everyone of the shitheads who stole that. Its taking food off your table and stopping you from earning a living. Thanks so much Jean and everyone for your support! I am going to really lean into the lack of equipment this weekend and make it part of the shoot - maybe shoot on an iPhone and see how good we can make it!8

Heard Jimmys plight get a shoutout on Talkbet this morning as I drove back from parkrun. Was probably about 10 past 10, the fella called it bunch of losers before correcting himself but a plug for the gofundme all the same 👍🏻1

Couldn't believe it when he said losers!! Max corrected him which was nice.Fumbluff said:Heard Jimmys plight get a shoutout on Talkbet this morning as I drove back from parkrun. Was probably about 10 past 10, the fella called it bunch of losers before correcting himself but a plug for the gofundme all the same 👍🏻
Max is a funny one because I knew him briefly at Sky, and when I started the filming I asked him if he would be interested in me following him as a Sunday league manager (before I was following Marc). I don't know if he knows that BoA is the same thing and if he had not broken his leg, he would be all over TikTok instead of Marc!3 -
Listing the Charlton Left-Backs was a lovely treat in this weeks video!2

Spill the beans then!
What was the joke that had to be edited out…? 😂0 -
Ah. That was a comment about a player who wasn't there. He has said similar stuff directly to the player, it's a running joke, he just didn't like the idea of me showing him saying it behind his back, as it were. Although I wonder if the players have told him now!1

If it's on the OS......

@JiMMy 85 Just finished the last episode.
Just wanted to say thanks for your hard work. It's an excellent channel and I've loved the latest season.
I'm local to you and wondered what the situation is with filming youth football? I assume it's a no but i run a local U15's team and would love to invite you down to watch some games.
Keep up the good work.5 -

Forgot to post this after the final episode but just wanted to say,
Obviously not the ending we wanted but that moment in the dressing room with you and Jimmy Muitt, hearing the goal - heads sink - then you’re told it’s 3-1. Wow, might be one of my favourite moments in 5 seasons of videos. Shame the next 15 minutes didn’t go how we would have liked but wow.

Bolderhumphreyreid and @stackitsteve. It's been a long, long season and I chose the wrong week to stop sniffing glue/ move house.
I steer well clear of youth football. Parents get overly sensitive with cameras, which as a parent I kind of understand, but I do think people get a bit silly about it, so I'd have to get release forms from a parent of pretty much every player on each side in advance of shooting. Ain't nobody got time for that! Which club are you involved with?Bolderhumphreyreid said:

That said, I would very much like to delve into the way youth set-ups and academies are basically a tax on the dreams of parents, and investigate if in fact they are, more than anything, money-making ventures by the clubs running them. But no club owner in their right mind would let me do that!3 -
Look no further than GB10 at Avery Hill.
£90 a month.

@JiMMy 85 Loving the new season already.
I've tried to search for the new BOA FC fixtures but can't see them listed. Did your new team make it in a league???2 -
Thanks mate, I cannot believe how positive the response has been, it's mind blowing!
You can find us here: https://football.mitoo.co.uk/LeagueTab.cfm?TblName=Matches&DivisionID=508&LeagueCode=SSEC2025
They only announce the fixtures one month at a time which makes planning quite difficult. Feel free to drop me a message if you need more info.1 -
Edging towards 200k subs now mate, well deserved.1
-
It's the only thing I pay for on YouTube—it's genuinely my favourite thing to watch on any screen.3
-
Barks seems such a lovely bloke and good team talk at the final drinks break. Would be a great manager to play for.1

I watched the first BOA episode last night, I honestly don't know how Rich does it, making so much extremely high quality video content and getting it out there, truly remarkable effort.
The key thing for me is the talent, you need people like Marc White and Peter Barkley who are obviously engaged with the project and are genuinely in love with the game, it wouldn't work without those kind of people involved - and I am sure Rich is aware of that.
One thing that blows my mind is the number of people involved at Dorking Wanderers in the matchday squad, I think they had sixteen people on the bench at one stage, subs and other staff, that's extraordinary for a sixth-tier club, I have no idea how Dorking afford that.2
