Yep, new one for me too. Just Wrexham needed to complete the Championship clubs

I'm making the journey up. 2nd visit for me - first was for a 2-2 draw between Hull and Leeds in 2016 where I missed every single goal for various reasons.

I'll be there, an impulse buy on Tuesday night after Ipswich, ready to be disappointed.

Will be there. Last time was the 86 promotion season. A late Flanagan equaliser at Boothferry Park.

I would take the same, including promotion of course🤣

Are a load of Charlton fans going up by National Express? There were plenty of tickets when I looked the other day and now the coach I was supposed to be getting up is fully booked, as well as the one on the way back.

I'm now going up a few hours later than planned and coming back earlier on the Sunday.

However, I suspect that, since the coaches stopped in Leeds, that it's actually West Ham fans and several of them are staying up there on Saturday night as well.

May take a little time to get there but another happy hour or so will make it worth it, especially if we repeat Tuesday's perfect 10/12.

Well their standards have certainly dropped.
    National Express Firm (NEF).
Are Persil running a special promotion?

    1st for me and Jnr.
  • For anyone driving, I would recommend the Park and Ride which I used on a previous occasion, drops you right outside the stadium.

My second game there. The last one was the 6-0 defeat, when it was all collapsing under Roland, so a low bar to get a better result  :D

Nice shortish trip for us from Halifax.

4 of us going and a new ground to tick off for me.

Already have scoped the craft beer pubs out.

Just checked the available seats (as of 11am) and seems only one block is left, so whatever the allocation was minus those unsold here. On sale til 1pm.

Where are people drinking before the game?
Any tips on where to park for a quick exit afterwards? Don't mind a bit of a walk before/after the game

The pubs listed on the Football Ground Guide page are ages away from the stadium. There are a fair few boozers on Walton Street and Spring Bank West. From memory, I think the social club on the former may welcome away fans and possibly Parkers on the corner of Anlaby Road. I've only been to the ground previously in a working capacity so I haven't really been looking out for it but I'll ask around.

    Walton Street Car Park

Parking is available to home and away supporters on the nearby Walton Street car park, charged at £5 per vehicle (cash only) and free for blue badge holders.

The car park, which provides 1,100 spaces for cars and coaches, opens three hours before kick-off and closes three hours after the full-time whistle.

    Postcode: HU3 6GA.

Just arrived. Making a weekend of it! Never been to Hull before so looking forward to the ales and any indie nightclubs. Sore head incoming tomorrow morning.
