    Even via. the replay I'm not sure that he touched it...

    Brownie is saying its not even in doubt, yes you can see his hand there, but there is not guarantee he touched it

    From that replay, it does look like a handball. What a bloody shame. Stupid way to lose the game.

    By the letter of the law, yes.

    But it's insane that it's the same offence as a defender diving across the goal line and making a 2 handed save from a certain goal
