EE TV - HELP!
I was wondering if anyone on here has had any issues with EE TV and broadband.
We recently decided to move away from Sky due to cost, and EE were offering a great 'deal' for their Broadband and Tv package, so we took the plunge and went for it, with a go live date of 4th November.
The 4th of November came and went, no broadband….calls to the EE helpdesk firmly put the blame with Openreach (who you conveniently cant talk to according to EE), and you can only work an EE tv box through EE broadband.
Anyway, after days of chasing and blame being diverted from one party to another, we finally got EE broadband working last week. Turned on the TV box, connected everything, and no picture.
More calls to EE who first said it was a problem on their end, then blamed Openreach 24 hours later, and then went back to it being their fault again a day after that. I have spoken to them again today and they have said that it is now back with Openreach as there is a problem with the exchange and asked to call back in 48 hours as that will be when the next update is available, as its apparently a nationwide issue!
I was promised a call at 9.30 this morning with an update, and when i called then at 11 asking what had happened to the call was informed that they hadnt called as there 'wasnt an update to give me'….
It is getting to a point now where im considering telling them where to go and cancelling the whole thing and looking at other new customer deals with other providers.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with EE, as my blood pressure is currently going through the roof thinking about it!!

I can’t offer any advice on EE, but I would suspect that today is the last day of your 14 day cooling off period and will be much easier to cancel without having to go back and forth to different complaint departments.0

14 day cooling off period might not apply if it comes under remote selling rules.....SOTF said:I can’t offer any advice on EE, but I would suspect that today is the last day of your 14 day cooling off period and will be much easier to cancel without having to go back and forth to different complaint departments.
