Wales 4-1 up now0

Macedonia have got no reason to fear that.Swindon_Addick said:
Qualifying via the Nations League means a 1 in 4 chance of the first playoff game being Italy away. That's worth trying to avoid.ForeverAddickted said:Wales currently 2-1 up over North Macedonia
Doesnt really matter in some ways as both teams are already in the Play-Offs, the only downside is the loser get in via. the Nations League route, so will be in Pot 4 at best, whereas I imagine Wales could end up being in one of the two seeded pots if they finish second in the Group.2 -

Robertsons foot is on the line so if they judge it a foul it has to be a pen0
-
Looked outside the area to me. Denmark have a player called hjbhjbhjbhjb0
-
Seems silly if so, surely has to be the other way aroundfenaddick said:Robertsons foot is on the line so if they judge it a foul it has to be a pen1 -
Why? The line counts as the box, it's why Brentford got a pen v Liverpool tooForeverAddickted said:

Oh dont argue about the line, agree with that.fenaddick said:

But surely the attacker has to be in the box though is my point, he was a foot outside of it.1 -
Turkey have made it 1-2 now, so Switzerland now have the second best defensive record having conceded just the once.Callumcafc said:Turkey score against Spain. Means England will be the only team to qualify without conceding.
Edit: Its 2-2 as I post that0 -
Just dusted off the Denmark flag - Come on De Rød-Hvide1

Maybe, the line thing has to be consistent across multiple rules though, the goalline is part of the pitch, have to be behind the D for a penalty, the ball can be on the line of the quadrant for corners etc.ForeverAddickted said:

Wow. Two braindead yellow cards.
On second viewing, the second one was harsh, but just as with Kayne Ramsay, you don't give the ref a chance to send you off.2 -
That red card has been coming1
-
lol!... What an idiot!! - Denmark were in complete control, even had he let him go, and there was cover
Edit: I get what the Commentators mean about him being unlucky, but thats the risk you take when you're on a booking, especially when the first Yellow Card was for such a cynical foul2 -
Referee needs to get a grip, and the Scotland players need to stop touching the Danish lads.
That latest foul in the box is clear what Denmark's tactics are... Oh and another foul their way as a I type this0 -
Should second yellows, leading to a red, go to VAR? A straight red would and in this case that could be the most crucial decision of the game. For me it was never a foul, barely any contact at all.0
-
No... Because what if that was the first Yellow, and the cynical foul was the second Yellow?LargeAddick said:Should second yellows, leading to a red, go to VAR? It would still be a Red Card0 -
Austria have equalised against Bosnia, so return to the top of their Group.
Wales now 6-1 up over Macedonia...0 -
I had thought that. So do we look at all yellows then? I wouldn’t. But I still think all second yellows should be because opposition players know you are on a card and so try it on in an attempt to get you sent off. Not saying that is what McGinn did but it happens a lot or, as in this case, the ref gets it wrong and there is so much at stake then why not? FWIW I hate VAR and would scrap it entirely but if it’s being used then use it for contentious decisions.ForeverAddickted said:
