Jesus. Paqueta is a fucking moron. Referee tried his hardest to not book him again, but he ended up giving him no choice.
Also, can’t help but think his teammates, and Jarrod Bowen in particular as captain, could’ve done more to keep him away from the ref, but in the end he’s fucked himself. Then the sarky applause afterwards - the bloke’s a bit of a nobhead.

Alison was doing more to help him than his own captain. Everything at that club is so dysfunctional

Gomez assist and potential clean sheet too.
  • That from Paqueta should lead to the betting accusations being re-opened.

Just would not leave the ref alone until he got sent off.

Cant see why Chelsea are complaining, terrible challenge. Embarrassing from Chalobah straight after, slight arm to the face and he goes down screaming and rolling around like his eyeball had been popped out

Why the keeper gave away a corner to a ball that was going about a kilometre wide i have no idea

I’ve got no dog in this race, but I’d be very happy if Madueke were to score the winner. 😎

    Reece James has been outstanding.

Sanchez with some hollywood level acting like he got shot there.
  • Was quite impressed by how well Chelsea did there, they nullified Arsenal despite playing 50+ minutes with 10 men. Once Caicedo went off i was expecting Arsenal to take control but that never happened.

Draw probably a fair result, and i've seen nothing today to make me think that Arsenal won't win the league. I just don't see how they're going to lose 4-5 games.

City currently 5-1 up at Fulham. Cawley must be getting a sense of deja vu after watching Charlton last week.

Just a pity he is missing the World Cup through injury.

At least three keepers have either flapped or punched a ball that has directly resulted in goals. Whatever has happened to them actually catching the ball?

Mo Salah throwing a strop because he's been dropped, you love to see it.
  • Twitter has jumped to the conclusion that Daniel Munoz's absence for Palace today is too coincidental given he fits this description.

An international footballer has been arrested in central London on suspicion of assault and affray.

Police said an incident took place during the early hours of Saturday in the West End.

The player, 29, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of two counts of assault and one count of affray.

He cannot be named for legal reasons.

Police told BBC Sport they were called to the incident at 00:47 GMT on Saturday following reports of an assault.

The alleged victim was taken to hospital with injuries, which police said were not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening.

The player has been released on bail while police enquiries continue.

It's Liverpool so it's funny but for Salah to say he shouldn't have to fight for his position is incredible. Beyond arrogant and a massive insult to his teammates. His standards dropped off significantly ever since he signed his contract extension. Reckon he'll be off to Saudi in January which is probably what he is trying to engineer anyway.

You're right of course but there's a kernel of truth to what he said too. Lots of the rest of that squad are also underperforming but being picked regardless. He's the joint 2nd top scorer in the side and has the 2nd most assists too. Of course you want more from Salah but scoring and providing assists are his job. It must be frustrating doing that and then seeing Konate do 2/3 big blunders a match and keep getting picked while Gomez sits on the bench/gets pushed out to RB.

Salah should have gone about it differently but I have a little more sympathy to his situation than most seem to

Wolves look like dogshit and had an absolute mare at the back. André faffing about with it, got robbed and Man U, despite trying their hardest to fuck it up, scored the world’s scruffiest goal.

  • This Wolves side have a fair chance of beating Derby's record low points total.

They've even already played (and lost) at home to Burnley.
