...should now be Christian Dailly.
I think Bailey has not been putting in the performances, has not showed the commitment or desire and is suspiciously quiet in terms of talking to the fans etc.
Plus I don't think he'll be here come January 31st.
Just a knee jerk thought I had last night.

agreed - I've said it all season.[cite]Posted By: WSS[/cite]...should now be Christian Dailly.

He was only given the armband to passify him into staying - but he is not captain material0 -
Perhaps playing Bailey in the centre of the park where he is most effective and scored loads from last season would help him instead of sticking him out on the left wing and hoping hell magically turn into Ryan Giggs.0
-
why would a band around your arm make one iota of difference in making you stay. Playing at the moment as if he doesn't want to be here. Dailly or Richardson should be captain.0

Good call!
Dailly for me, when do you ever see Bailey encouraging his fellow team mates on? I only ever see him having a go!0 -
Bailey for me looked throughly disinterested yesterday.
Any success he has had has been based on honest endeavour and commitment, neither of which did he display yesterday.
I think he will be departing in January which is a shame but if he doesn't put it in why keep him?0 -

That's right Len. I actually wouldn't be to bothered if he left in January, as long as we replaced him with someone half decent of course. I still think the shape of the team is unbalanced with him playing on the left, it needs addressing.0 -
He was more effective from the left actually in fact he scored more from the left... I would be inclined to switch him and racon so racon out left and bailly in the middle or sam left wagstaff right and bailly In racon benches[cite]Posted By: RodneyCharltonTrotta[/cite]Perhaps playing Bailey in the centre of the park where he is most effective and scored loads from last season would help him instead of sticking him out on the left wing and hoping hell magically turn into Ryan Giggs.0 -

Really? I thought when he was popping up with his goals last season he was playing centre mid?0 -
After yesterday and Carlisle, the sooner Bailey goes the better in my book, and Dailly should def become captain - from the next match on.0

He was.
Even when he was on the left he was cutting into the middle a lot more than he's done this season. To be fair to Nicky he's played out of position throughout, without a moan. I would not, for a second, question his commitment or desire.0 -

Yeah he's been playing there for probably 11 months now.[cite]Posted By: RodneyCharltonTrotta[/cite][cite]Posted By: Dazzler21[/cite]
