Looks like the take over of Notts County may not be all it was expected to be. Just shows that we have to be really careful about what we wish for.....

    Why am I not surprised!

    Ugly side of this is 'In that deal the supporters' trust wrote off almost £400,000 in shares and loans it held in Blenheim 1862.' ... a lesson to be learnt?

    Yeah, my feelings entirely. Not the first time it has happened as well, didn't something similar happen to chesterfield or chester (waves his hand generally northward). I think it has also happened a few times to non league clubs. The buyers always end up with the assets somehow, either the ground or valuable land surrounding the ground.
