Cup day catering

I take we can assume that the lower north catering is going to be a repeat of the 1st round matchday with just the one kiosk open, the location chosen for the inconvenience the long queues will cause to anybody trying to enter the Covered End. I made the mistake of going straight to the ground last time because I was a bit later than planned and thought I’d go straight in and get something in there.

I have a lot of morbid curiosity in what the margherita pizza is going to be like

In that respect it's a good indication that they can't even spell it right

I am slightly sad that they've stopped calling a well-known chicken dish coq au van in Club 1905.  (Nothing better than chewing on a bit of old Ford Transit.)

Goes to show how much profit Gather and Gather are making on each item when they are reducing these items for 75 minutes tomorrow night.

Even on those half price items they will make some profit and know some people will buy a pint or a soft drink as well at full prices at the time of their purchase.

It's usually open after midweek games, so I don't see why not.

But after extra time and penalties it could be getting close to last orders anyway

Rest assured even at those prices they are making 60 - 75% margin
The limiting factor on their profits remains the glacial rate of serving from the inadequately trained personnel
Even at half price that's still proper costly for such miserable fayre.

Don't suppose the independent vendors will be too pleased they're getting their usual prices undercut -  they're free to discount too I suppose and of course they actually have trained engaged staff who are familiar with why they're there, what they sell and how to operate the tills.

Wrexham are more important than anyone else, and Ryan had four outfits to go through so needed the extra time.
