Chelsea, FA Cup 3rd round: Watching on TV overseas

We know that the match is on TNT Sports. The question is how go access it. If I google TNT Sports here in France the link takes me directly to Eurosport but our match isn’t on Eurosport.

I plan to go to the pub on Saturday lunchtime to do a test with another match but if this is unsuccessful, what’s my Plan B?

It’s normally the case that if a channel in any given country has the rights, then Charlton TV won’t show it. The thing is that the rights and accessibility can be two different things. Will Charlton TV be showing it anywhere?

No, it won’t be on Charlton TV. It’s up to the French rights holder which is BeIn if they show it or not

Great, thanks @fenaddick . I thought that if would only be on Bein if it were on Sky in the UK, and that this contract with TNT would prevent that.

It could be interesting in the pub on a Saturday evening.  I bet there will be some w***y plastic Chelsea fans wondering who the hell these opposition fans are, lol

The Sky deal is for a different competition so a different scenario

Odd with Mono Max (for Thailand). They're currently advertising the live screening of a bunch of FA Cup games this weekend, but we are not on there.

I wonder if they've decided not to show it considering the 3am kick off.

Edit: Cant be the kick off time thing, as they're showing all four of tonight's games, which are 02:30 kicks offs here.

I take it back. We're now the main game on MonoMax.
