  • Love that they had a limited edition winners ball.

    Very f***ing limited.

Very sloppy from Citeh, letting Exeter back into the game when only 10-0 up in the 90th.

With Stoke winning, our league match against them in February will be rearranged.

Man City offered their fans an apology today after their dismal showing in the Cup Final against a much smaller club
Never forgive City for that performance, KDB and Foden looked like they'd struggle to get in a pub side that day.
  • It's an experiment to see if you can take any random team and buy your way to the top, so far it appears you can.

To properly test this theory you need to hire Mickey Apples as manager

    I have 2 words

    Northwich Victoria

Also question:  would you rather get dumped out the cup by a tier 5 or 6 side
    OR
    get humped 7 or 8 by Chelsea's reserve U23's?

Northwich was a shocker but there is no comparison to our defeat and that of the filth.  F*** 'em.
They were Conference North at the time, 'only' three divisions away.
Absolutely, in all honesty, the draws with cray valley and Dagenham were probably more embarrassing, For differing reasons, that team at Northwich wasn't a great side at all,

Northwich Victoria is not a fair comparison of apples and apples. We were l1 at the time and not 117 places above them

Seeing we have Chelsea and Portsmouth have Arsenal, fair chance that this could be the date of the Portsmouth game

All I remember is McLeod leaving an elbow on one of their players straight from kickoff that was the most blatant red you'll ever see.

Would that have been a red for Simons if they’d been VAR?

I thought VAR got used in the FA Cup, if the game is at a Premier League ground?
Probably would have been a harsh Red Card though

Thought I heard earlier no VAR in 3rd round though I might have that completely wrong.

edit - doesn’t get used till the fifth round.

Experiments always allow for anomalies also...

We should petition for him to get the Palace job when it comes up very, very soon ...

You can hear the boos bubbling at WHL. Some of them are no doubt itching to lay in to Franke since Villa scored.

Is it the Villa fans or the Spurs fans that are singing "you're getting sacked in the morning"?

Spurs lose in round 3 for the first time in 12 years. And there’s some handbags in front of the away fans at full time.
