Coming back from a knee injury so that fitsCrispywood said:Apparently in for Harry Clarke on loan from Ipswich RB-RWB1 -
He’s not a bad player but his injury and our recent record of Ipswich players would make me worry.5

Left back and cente-half massive needs now - if they weren’t already.19
-
This game was always a write off next 7 days where it really matters1

Need a defender on that left hand side before next week.
Each week we leave it, we lose points.21 -
To be fair we didn’t lose any points this weekSELR_addicks said:Need a defender on that left hand side before next week.

The one player that we didn't need picking up an injury.CaptainRobbo said:
I would say it's a must win for Chelsea.ken_shabby said:Seems to be a bit of bickering on here. Is this a good place to mention tomorrow is a must win game? Asking for a friend....
For us it's a no injuries to major players game, not sure if I would risk playing Bell.
Golfie will have a field day.
Better start looking for 2 LWBs.0 -
Surely Clarke coming in would mean that Ramsay would be off then?0

More or less need a whole defensive unit in the window now, it’ll be interesting to see what actually comes in and what is spent3

Hopefully the Chelsea game shows what potential there is again, and investment gets put in. Just hard to get the right players in January but we need something more. Players dropping like flies.1

Clarke coming in would suggest to me that Bree isn't staying.11
-
Has he played right back for us this season? This would maybe suggest Breen going back?AberystwythAddick said:Surely Clarke coming in would mean that Ramsay would be off then?0 -
Clarke would be an RCB in a back 3 rather than a Wing back3

I mean he really helped himself when he bought Burke and Bell in who are known for having woeful injury records.Callumcafc said:

To supplement Jones, Ramsay and Edwards who all missed chunks of time out with injuries since being hereItalian_Addick said:

Agree with the above. Bit of a ridiculous comment from him based on who he's signed

He's alright but surely there is better than him at right wing back or is it a case of he will do.The Red Robin said:

But imagine if he came out and said we will be okay, we need to focus on other positions etc etc.
He is just stating the obvious. Bell and Burke have quality so in his mind it was worth the punt.11 -
I think there’s substance to this. I was snooping and his gf recently followed Lloyd’s. Been seeing southampton fans seem pretty confident they’re getting Bree back to play RCB but not sure if they actually know anything.Crispywood said:Apparently in for Harry Clarke on loan from Ipswich RB-RWB0 -
The sad thing is Jones has brought alot of injury prone players at the back that we need to get replacements in and focus on that when it's evident we don't have midfielders and attackers who can pick a pass or change games.lets just battle it out and tread water and hopefully stay up and reset for another scrap next season I guess.5

Not managing the players minutes correctly and signing injury prone players leaves the blame at his door.Callumcafc said:
