Thomas stepped down as CEO of Zynex last year though still holds a large amount of shares I think.
He also split with Raelyn (i'm toldshe was the reason he sold the club in the first place so that didn't go well for him either)

I suspect buying Charlton proved to be an absolute nightmare for him and his business practices didn't exactly go well either.
She's a little treasure aint she

Imagine if we were still owned by him. Another Chansari not paying bills & then points deductions and ultimately administration.

    Doesn't bear thinking about....

I’m sure staff and former staff will be in floods of tears over this.
What a pair of horrible individuals.

Is that not an actual fact?

Now de-listed from NASDAQ and only trade on the pink sheet segment of the over-the-counter market in the US (whatever that means).  Shares now worth only 8 cents each...what a fall and Mr Sandgaard in big trouble.
It means Cowboy City. There is no formal market in these stocks. OTC merely acts as a middleman, putting buyers and sellers together on matched trades. There is precious little regulation of pink sheet stocks. These days I don't know but historically most of the stocks sold by scammers in Spanish boiler rooms were pink sheet penny shares. In short, think high risk, low liquidity, potential for fraud.
There are, of course, exceptions and rays of hope for mug punters. Examples would be Walmart which started off life as an OTC stock. And interestingly stocks like Nestle (NSRGY) and Nissan (NSANY) are traded over the counter as ADRs. These two have in common that they are overseas companies and don't want to get involved in onerous US regulation (In addition to their homeland regulation).

For anyone wondering about pink sheets and OTC shares and how the market is on them, just watch Wolf Of Wall Street

Has anyone who worked for the club got a contact number for her? 💐 🍷 😘

It was nothing to do with the money.  She's got plenty of her own.

If they go tits up, Will Martin Sandgaard go back into football recruitment?
He will have to get the black box back out of the broom cupboard.
Hear they will be in the lingerie business before too long...

    ...manufacturing painfree bras :)

    " Going tits up...."?

He made a complete mess of things in what turned into a vanity project but imo without him we certainly wouldn’t be in the championship now ! More likely the southern Dartford county league or something as the crooks he drove out would have been the end of the club

We were nearer League 2 than the Championship under him

Is having a very hard shot beneficial to being in the lingerie business?

I wonder if he’ll be using his well publicised lawyers in Freshfields to defend himself, or his lesser spoken about brief working from a unit of a Kent industrial park?

All this chat about the ego reminds me of when I turned up pitchside with my dog and got told about the day of his proposed appearance on the pitch with the guitar.
Staff turned up to prepare The Valley for the game to find speakers surrounding the playing area.
He was told he it simply wasn’t possible to leave the quantity of sound equipment surrounding the playing area while the game went ahead and they would have to be removed, especially those positioned in the managers technical areas!

Never underestimate an idiot, they will always surpass your expectations.
