KAMINSKI: 5 - not sure he could do much about the goals but he didn't inspire confidence. His short goal kicks were beginning to grate on me given our inability to play out. I suppose he's under instructions, although players (especially experienced ones) should be able to make some in-game decisions themselves when things are not working
RAMSAY: 3 - the worst game I've seen him play for us. Bullied by Coburn and looked shellshocked throughout
JONES: 6 - did his best in a desperately poor defence
GILLESPHEY: 4 - a good League 1 man but sadly, he is not up to this level
CLARKE: 6 - tried hard and did ok in very trying circumstances
R-C: 4 - can play the odd good pass and tries to be progressive but lacks pace and athleticism
ANDERSON: 4 - struggles with his passing. Picked up a harsh booking
CAREY: 3.5 - a few decent runs with the ball but has tunnel vision and an inability or unwilligness to pass to teammates
CHAMBERS: 4 - a tough debut against one of the best wingers in the division
DYKES: 6 - up against the two giants, Cooper and Taylor, he did his best with minimal service
CAMPBELL: 7 - the only Charlton player to carry any attacking threat. Covered a lot of ground and, unlike some of his colleague, gave his all
Referee: 5 - was too keen to card Anderson in the first half and gave a ridiculous handball against Dykes (unless that was dreamed up by his lino)
Subs: FULLAH: 4 - unable to influence the game in a second half where the team fell apart
KELMAN: 3 - pretty much invisible. His lack of physicality was never going to make an impact against Millwall's team of defensive giants
COVENTRY: 4 - poor by his standards
BURKE: 3 - errors for the 2nd and 3rd goals summed up a pretty dismal performance from him. I thought he couldn't do worse than Ramsey and Gillespie in central defence following his introduction but I was wrong and he somehow managed it.
