Casey scored again

Good on him. Showing what a plonker the Maidstone manager was with him earlier in the season. Keep it up young man. Seven in 10 and 6 in the last 5 games is a great record.
Hope he stays with us as he clearly knows where the net is and if he keeps this up will be on loan higher up the pyramid next season.
If we are to be relegated then a strike force in L1 of Kanu, M'bick, Casey and Leaburn may be a reasonable start.6 -
A nice goal for Mbick at the weekend before going off injured around the hour mark. Colchester manager said it didn't look good, has anyone seen what happened? Can't find any footage.0
-
Full slate of L1 & 2 matches today. Wimbledon's trip to Port Vale postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Plymouth v Mansfield
Rotherham v Northampton
Stevenage v Peterborough
Colchester v Grimsby
Walsall v Crawley

It would but he's out of contract in the summer, so it'll be interesting to see if we offer him a new deal and if he chooses to stay.scruffle said:
Perhaps there's a 1 year club option that wasn't mentioned in the original announcement.1 -
Taylor, Kanu and Mitchell start as expected0

Must be enough of them now to set up an end of season charity game against the players that weren’t loaned out 😁5

Interesting move. League of Ireland is probably in that between NL and L2 hinterland where he probably fits. Interesting that Irish scouts have been looking at us but didn’t take Caseyclive said:1 -

Have tidied up the spreadsheet somewhat. Clean sheet data has been counted manually as is unreliable and someone Casey's goals were in the assists column. Appearances data is now up to date and recalled players have been hidden. In the case of players with two loan clubs (Casey and Reid) the data is combined. I haven't updated averages as too fiddly before doing again after the weekend!
