It's been said by enough people on here with decent track records that I would expect it to be true there's been a falling out. It's taken on a bit of a life of its own since then though, the current narrative forming is that he took Olaofe and Apter's complaints to Jones and was punished for it which I don't think is based in any fact at the moment. I would have assumed he went to Jones to complain about being in and out of the team and received back an unflattering review from Jones, but again that's just an assumption. I'm sure if it carries on we'll hear more before too long
Enough people on here said that L Jones was off this window too. That wasn't based on anything other than conjecture
To be fair, the statements about Lloyd Jones were that other teams had shown some interest and he wouldn't exactly be against moving if the opportunity arose, both of which are perfectly believable. There wasn't anything said to indicate that we'd actually sell him

To be honest I’d be more concerned if squad morale was high considering our recent run of form. You don’t want fights obviously but you want people to be annoyed/frustrated/gutted about this run
  • I don't think the squad morale has generally been as low as it is on CL to be honest, with I hope the exception of after the game at Millwall last weekend.
And I don't mean this as tongue in cheek or anything....... I'm not so bothered about the result but I want and expect the team to be the best versions of themselves on Saturday.

Players not getting games is all how that is delivered by the manager. Singling them out at any particular time in front of the rest of the group doesn't work these days especially if the players think that others are beyond criticism however badly they do.

We don't know how NJ acts in the dressing room but, if we take how a manager is on the touchline, then I doubt that he is the calmest inside four walls.

The time to worry is when players that the manager doesn't consider to be good enough or to be developing enough to merit a place in the first team aren't pissed off.

The problem with a low morale team is that, unlike fans who get depressed because they're stuck with a team, the players just give up.

We've all been at work where a new manager comes in or things start changing in the business, and then it starts becoming a bit more of a poor environment. Everyone starts digging and moaning at each other, and people just start bouncing off each other in a bad way. One person moans to another that person then moans to another. Those three people then start the witches cauldron and start moaning together, and it just spirals out.

Nothing wrong with calling out bad man management in my opinion

Tanto isn’t at the level we need and whilst he gave me the best moment of the season at Sheff Utd it makes sense for him to rediscover form at a place he likes

We could have probably done the same with a few others but Orient have found a better replacement for Luke Varney  2.0

The squad needs a refresh and that’s what NJ seems to be doing hopefully it works

I listened to this and I must say, what a load of nonsense. Fans being removed from the ground? Give over.

You don't have to like everyone you work with.....sometimes that's an incentive to perform better.....not everyone likes their boss but you have to be professional and get on with it......

It's not actual insights though is it, it's extrapolating out observations from a kid in the stands who thinks he's part of the squad because Luke Berry is polite to him on matchdays.
