  • Google maps seems to think the stadium is a 30 minute walk from the station. Going via this pub seems to cut 10 minutes off that walk. Must be the beer

Just noticed their website says they don’t open until 12

First time seeing us at Leicester. Many years ago I spent a couple of seasons living in Brussels so I can honestly claim to have followed Charlton over land and sea, but never Leicester.

My second visit to Leicester City, after the 3-0. Where we were beaten by a team including Mahrez, Vardy, Morgan, Schmeichel, Drinkwater, Schlupp, Knockeart and Chris Wood  :D

Andy King played in that game, and will be managing them tomorrow.

Not there tomorrow, but I vividly remember the night we won 2-1 with a Danny Haynes wonder goal. Enjoy all

Will be my 3rd visit to Leicester but first to the King Power.

4th away of the season after Cambridge, Derby and Norwich.
Should actually be my 5th as I had a ticket for Stoke, but was ill on the day.

What time will you start 🗣️ booing oohaah 🤔
When the boys come out for the warm up ?
TBF to you, I know you only do it for motivational reasons and your disappointment with life despite your vast wealth.

On the 10:05. Last time I went to Leicester we drew with a late Clive Mendonca equaliser!

    Popping my Leicester cherry today.
I hope it will be worth it😳
  • First time to Leicester.  On my way.  8th away of the season. So far I have seen 2 draws and 5 defeats..not a good record!
No pubs for me but heading to the Richard iii museum instead after the game for a cultural fix!

He's got a hunch we'll get something out of today's game.

I feel a tad sorry for Richard III because not only was he killed at Bosworth fields but  subs, the Stanley Brothers decided late on to fight for Henry Tudor.
Also to rub salt into his bloody wounds, his next of kin got a large bill from a Leicester council car park for an overstay.

Hoping it's better than the Coventry transport museum.  Will have to go a long way to beat the Grimsby Fisheries one after Hull though !
Teaching my kids (and me) about the country through away football games. 🤣

My cultural pet of Cov away was going to the Cathedral(s), which helpfully are positioned next to a couple of pubs!
