That Chambers ball was actually very good.

Bell to Chambers, first time cross goes far post, but no-one's there.

Sometimes wonder how Doch spent so long playing in this league considering how poor he is on the ball.
Sometimes wonder what people expect from him. He played Dykes in for his shot that was deflected wide and played a nice early ball to switch it out to Chambers for our next best opportunity so far, albeit Chamber over hit his cross slightly.
  • Doing OK now just wish we had that bit of class in the mid field. Too quick to hump it but its OK

We go up the right, Clarke to Carey, Carey hammers a cross and it's deflected out for a corner

    Atmosphere sounds alright..
    Mostly QPR though?
Bit of both from what I can hear on the TV
All I can hear is the Cupboard End ...
Tbf @aliwibble put doubts in me, I thought I could mainly hear us. Just wasn't strong enough with my conviction
  • Missing Leaburn a bit tonight... Kelman is a good runner, but difficult for him to get involved so far

Oh balls. I've lost the stream..

My VPN is in Africa so no doubt it's those new band wangon Kenyans getting involved

Corner goes far post, Jones can't get to it, his man has a half hearted go at pulling him back, and eventually Bell puts it out for a throw.

Leaburn has been a monster recently. Would quite like to see him with Kelman

Dykes is well up for this. Had a wry grin on his face as he came out the tunnel and looks sharp so far.

It does feel we've brought in a higher standard of us style players in January. Dykes is the absolute distillation of a Jones type of targetman, Clarke is our usual defensive wingback but with an exceptional touch and weight of pass to go with his aggression, Coady is all talking and action but with a lovely passing range on him, Chambers is a marauding attacking wingback who is a proper crosser of the ball. It's Jones-type players of a higher technical standard. I like it
  • What a pass that is from Kelman to Dykes, and some great striker play from Dykes to win the freekick

I'm in the Cupboard End so it might explain why that's all I hear ...

    😉
  • Owe Lyndon a bit of an apology, always saw him as a bit of a donkey Iwelumo type Striker

Great work between  Dykes and Kelman, defender looks like he might've handled as he slid in to tackle, but eventually we get a free kick when Dykes is brought down and we have a free kick just outside the D.

Nice we have left footed Chambers as an option for set pieces

Carey takes the kick, it's off one of the wall and we have a corner.

Corner goes very near the keeper, and he has to concede a corner from the other side.

QPR fans singing Charlton's a shit hole like they're not based in White City
  • Bit of pressure from us at the moment
Come on Walsh, accidentally put it in your own net, you know you want to claim to have scored for Charlton at the Valley!!

That one's a bit messy, and we end up with a throw up on the right.
  • Coady’s passing range *chefs kiss*

Another Charlton chance, just over ... and came as a result of some nice inter-passing, real one-touch stuff.

    What has happened to Charlton?!
