I'd be fuming if i had a season ticket for years. You don't get many homes games a year anyway before all this international nonsense.
It's why they expanded to 17 games. Apparently they're thinking of going up to 18 and having every team play at least 1 international fixture a season.

Closest MVP race in over 20 years, Stafford edged it but I reckon a couple of those votes that pushed him over Maye were "career" votes who thought at 38 it's his last chance to be an MVP
Apparently one voter went Herbert, Maye, Stafford

If he dropped Herbert to 3rd (no way should he have even been that close) behind Maye and Stafford, then Maye would have won

Yeah I saw Allen got 2 votes and Herbert 1, probably incredibly salty Bills/Chargers fans.

If there was ever a year to share it again, this was probably it.

Personally hoping Maye now walks away with the Superbowl MVP

French outlet RMC Sport reporting that the first NFL game to be played in France will be between the New Orleans Saints and Cleveland Browns at the Stade de France on 25th October 2026.
Rams and 49ers will play the NFL’s first ever game in Australia, in Melbourne.
Do you happen to have a link to this information? Interested in knowing the rumoured dates for the London/munich fixtures. Thank you
I do not - don't think they've announced dates for any international games apart from the leaked Paris game yet, just a handful of venues and teams for the more exotic (in international NFL terms) announcements...

These are the ones I'm aware of

    Saints/Browns @ Stade de France, Paris - 25th Oct
Rams/49ers @ Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne
Cowboys/? @ Maracana, Rio de Janeiro

Personally hope Maye walks away with the stench of defeat surrounding him, his team and that he gets nowhere near the SB again.

    Tonight’s the night.

how many of us staying up to watch it?

Predictions? I fancy Seattle to cover the points comfortably, and (bucking the QB trend) I’m going JSN for MVP.

It's been an enjoyable postseason as a neutral. Think Seattle will edge it.
  • Staying up to watch. Think Seattle win and it's all but over after 3.

I'll probably watch a bit of this.
The show is cringey but I have probably watched more NFL this season because of it being free to view on channel 5. Which is a good thing I guess.

as a part time falcons fan I'll be supporting Seattle due to that Superbowl loss to the patriots a decade ago.
Though falcons today are in the news but for not good reasons. Player of theirs has been arrested for domestic violence.

    Anyway, who's at half time?

Expecting this to be basically over at the half. Which is convenient as that’s when I need to go to sleep

Seriously never heard of this rabbit

I don't even use Spotify so that might be why.

No it’s because his music is almost exclusively in Spanish

Bit of a slap in the face to trump isn't it..

Trump's probably watching the alternative halftime show with Kid Rock.

I'm cheering for the Seahawks and really looking forward to it. Thanks to Sky Sports, I began getting interested in the NFL about five years ago, and chose to follow the Seahawks because they are located in Washington State, just like the legendary town of Twin Peaks. In that time, the Seahawks have been mostly pretty ordinary, so this season has been a delight.

I'm confident the Seahawks defence will prevail tonight, and secure the Superbowl 60 title for the Pacific northwest.

    Pats win
    Maye MVP

think their defence is underrated and Maye will outperform Darnold

    that said, come on Seahawks

Not necessarily complaining but does anyone else feel like there's less hype than usual? The team intro's felt very low key

Just turned up at the valley for kick off and it's closed. Did I fall for sky sports fake advertising?

Interesting start, Darnold playing with fire with his throwing so far, Seahawks defence are scary good though, think this game is won or lost by how good the Pats defence plays

I like that both QB are throwing, hopefully create an open game

I was convinced 2 of his first 3 throws were interceptions.

Scrap that; it’s like a high press free for all

I know they will but it feels impossible to see this Seahawks defence conceding any points at the moment

This has been compelling viewing, then we gotta go an hour with fuck all. How do yanks put up with it.
