Incredibly funny if we've brought Antonio in just to guarantee we beat Millwall yoof. Strong team though

Team written like a 3-4-3 but could also be 3-5-2. Good for Fullah, Mitchell and Dixon to get some game time.

Just noticed MacLorg on the bench, back from his loan? I know it will have been part time but players don't tend to also play for us while on loan

Really heavy wet pitch, it’s making passing and controlling the ball more difficult.

Was on my way to Sparrows Lane, abandoned my journey whilst waiting for a bus in Bexleyheath due to a torrential hail storm, left streets under water.

Cynic in me says that only went ahead because we wanted to test out Antonio

    How did Antonio play?

    Is the triallist Antonio?

Note the 3-4-3 formation. Had the first team used this we could have played Apter and TC as wingers and let them shine.

Surprised the game wasn't moved to a 3G pitch. There must be a dozen or more within 2 or 3 miles of Sparrows Lane.

I doubt that is acceptable as it would likely be a breech of our duty of care, no security at such sites, no medical facilities as the training ground. The players would not appreciate the changing facilities either.

The other mob saying that the trialist wasn’t him anyway.

We have an all weather surface at Sparrow's Lane with a full size pitch.  Surely that could have been used

When MacLorg was on loan at Sudbury (which Charlton never reported), one of the Colchester under 21 players loaned to Sudbury played for his parent club at the same time. I guess therefore it is allowed. To my knowledge MacLorg remains at Whitehawk until the end of the season.

It’s definitely allowed we just rarely do it. I think Bower played one U21 game this season
