Dykes penalised for a shoulder to shoulder challenge, Ogilvie actually runs into him

We don’t do ourselves any favours.

    Some truly idiotic fouls tonight.
  • Now even the lino is getting involved

Bah, Doc sends the ball up for Dykes to chase down the line, Dykes nudges his man over and the lino flags wildly for a free kick.

That was good by Carey, unfortunate the ricochet didn't fall for us

Nice bit of closing down by Carey there.

I’d argue that we are the team least capable of playing out of a press. Any pressure on us and we just lump it

Keeper could see that one all the way, too slow to move his feet
Talk sense…..Nothing he could do about  that……even clipped the inside of the post.
No blocking his view, could see it all the way in. Hit well, ball swerved. But he's not quick with his feet kaminski, has to move.
    Zzzzzzzz.

We've had a lot of yellows for nothing challenges.

Pompey have done the same and worse and got bugger all.

When you're getting cards for seemingly every tackle you make no wonder it's making our players stand off the oppo.
  • Whatever league we’re in this midfield needs a complete rehaul

    Fantastic again from Ramsay
  • We could do with a couple more yellow cards I reckon

Fevrier just doesn’t see the obvious does he.
  • Get Kelman and JRC on for Dykes and Doc, just freshen it up a bit mor NJ, we can still get something tonight...

The stylistic comparisons to Small are so obvious

I've got to say, Portsmouth have worked their pants off tonight. Effort levels shown by them compared to Stoke is night and day

  • Blimey Ramsay that was casual but brilliant at the same time just going on a run from your own box, most would hit the ball forward

The only team I’ve seen play less football than us this season are Oxford.

    Midfield needs an overhaul.

And the flipside is that Pompey can be more robust in tbeir challenges becaise they know they won't even be penalised let alone carded.

Pompey down our right, get held up and Doc does well to nip in and intercept.

We send the ball forward, Pompey defence get in a bit of a muddle and it's out for a throw by the Curbsside.

Many of us have said it lacks the quality for yonks now it's alright having wingbacks with delivery Nd target men but if you can't get up the pitch because you can't control the game all it leaves is long balls and we lose the second ball constantly big mistake not investing in a more agile half decent passing mid imo we look overun alot.

Disappointing how quickly it takes people to turn, and start slagging off the team at every opportunity
I'd love to know what game you're watching, it can't be the same as the rest of us.

    Gutless performance tonight, again.
Its a poor performance, I'm not hiding from that... But keeping it civil seems difficult from "adults"
You're right, someone should tell them to pipe the f**k down
Good idea... Funny thing, I can take it...
Didn't you call me a twat earlier because I said we werent playing well?
