    I know this video is a load of tosh, but a good friend of mine did tell me before the Chelsea match that he had been told by his friend who works in the council planning department, that the new owners had been in contact with the council with regards to developing the Valley. I just laughed at him and said it's unlikely as we don't own the stadium and he just said well let's wait and see.

    Watched this myself,  obviously nobody would spend big money without owning the stadium,  have any initial talks taken place? Even mild enquiries possibly?

    Would make a lot more sense if the pictures matched what was being talked about in the video rather than showing clips of different timelines etc

    All a non starter until promotion anyway.

    I'm fairly sure even just the new dugouts and changing the exec areas etc need to be discussed with the council, just in case it affects fire exits and pathways
