MANNION: 6 - not much to do but did well to take some pace of Lankshear’s dink towards goal, which enabled Lloyd to clear it off the line

BELL: 6 - a class player but looked a bit frayed in the second half

JONES: 7 - solid throughout. For once, didn’t have it all his own way aerially, where Oxford were very proficient 

RAMSAY: 6 - the penalty looked harsh 

CHAMBERS: 6 - some good passing and combination play in the first half. His booking looked harsh

DOCHERTY: 7.5 - another fine display, including some good passing in the first half

COVENTRY: 6 - some wayward long passes forward but I was worried that we’d be even more open when he went off in the second half

CAREY: 5 - not his best game. Had to drop deeper with the substitutions and his passing was wayward

CLARKE: 6.5 - a very strong first half at both ends. Fast and aggressive

CAMPBELL: 4 - sadly, this was one of his worst games. His head doesn’t seem to be in the right place. I’m sure Nathan and Curtis Fleming will address it

LEABURN: 7.5 - had to do the full 100 minutes with Dykes’ illness and put in a really good shift, with little support 

Referee: 4 - hugely irritating throughout

Subs: KELMAN: 6 - tucked the penalty away nicely but otherwise struggled to impact the game, with our players repeatedly pumping high, aimless balls to the big Oxford defenders

FEVRIER: 6.5 - he made a bit of a difference with his pace and directness down the right

Fullah: 6 - only on for a short time but put in the long cross leading to the penalty. Hopefully we’ll see more of him once we cross the 50 point mark

Rankin-Costello: 6 - not really on long enough to affect the game.

MANNION: 7.5  - nothing spectacular but neat - commanded his area

BELL: 7.0 - I felt he was carrying an injury but was solid

JONES:  8.0 - MoM goal line clearance, won the pen, held it all together at the back 

RAMSAY: 6.5 - not at his best - it was a pen I am sorry to say. If VAR was available and the Ref missed it, they would have called him over. Look at LJ's reaction - he knew Ramsay had fouled him. (I did have the benefit of watching replays of it).

CHAMBERS: 6.5 - OK 

DOCHERTY: 7.5 - put in a shift.

COVENTRY: 6.0 - not his best game. I felt he seemed not fully fit.

CAREY: 5.0 - definitely not at his best - wayward passing and failed to get forward in support enough.

CLARKE: 6.5 - OK

CAMPBELL: 5.0 - got on the ball but just wasted it too much.

LEABURN: 7.5 - put in a shift but so often with his back to goal. Didn't look like he was going to find the space to threaten their goal

Referee: 6.5 - didn't bottle it for our pen. I thought he called their pen correctly. 

Subs: KELMAN: 7.0 - arguably should have had longer - well taken pressure penalty 

FEVRIER: 6.5 - did OK when he came on

Fullah: 6.0 - no real impact
