Can you help find the name at Euro 2004

I took this photo at Coimbra Portugal when England played Switzerland. It was in June 2004 at the big screen in the town. It would be great to get it identified and meet its owner. Can anyone out there help?

    I think you need to put it onto a photo-hosting website, as you need to enter a link to get a picture up.

    If he's connected with the flag you could try a Sheffield Wednesday supporters site (or any other club with those initials). And perhaps enlarge the tatoo, might give you a clue.
