It will be the biggest international football tournament this summer, once the World Cup is called off

Star Performances: Live sets from international artists and world-class DJs.

Double-Header Glory: The Third-Place Play-off, followed by the Unity Cup 2026 Grand Final.

Do we get any financial benefit from hosting?

    Presumably pitch hire fees.
Personally I'm hoping Nigeria and Jamaica make it through to the final, so we can see Amarii Bell trying to mark Ademola Lookman

Wouldn't the pitch hire fees go directly to the bloke who owns the pitch? (And the rest of the ground, and the training ground)

Boo. Im up for India 🇮🇳  ... for obvious reasons. Mind you they have always been rubbish and can't see them getting near Jamaican team. I will justifiably be able to boo TC.  India have had a series of never heard of English managers.

Had a look at tickets for this.  £59.50 behind the goal £70 East Stand. Im sure they will get a good uptake but its ridiculous pricing for " no mark" international teams.

Despite my heritage I'll give this a miss.

Good lord, those ticket prices! I can’t make the date of the final so thought I’d pop along to the Jamaica v India semi. To sit in my ST seat in the North Upper is £44!

The organisers obviously have a different view to Charlton with regard to the Covered End. Pricing the lower tier at a premium instead of the upper.

Agree on the thoughts on pricing! We had a look at the finals day, I was expecting £30-£40 but it seems to be £90-£110 in the East.

4 of us would probably have gone, and bought a few beers and food, but not at that price. I presume they know what they are doing though.
  • Was sad to be missing this as I will be away but at those prices I wouldn't have gone anyway. Interesting to see what the take up will be.  Hopefully bring some new people to The Valley who like it and want to come back again when they realize it is easy to get to and a nice ground.  Certainly can't harm.

Not surprised at those ridiculous prices. Might have thought about it, but not at those prices as a matter of principle.

I’m guessing their thinking is that there are enough people of Indian, Jamaican, Nigerian and Zimbabwean background in London who probably never get to see their teams play live that they’ll pay over the odds for a chance to do so. We’ll see if they’re right.

At those prices, a very, very brave assumption.

Heads up that the final is same day as Champions League final, though different time

We must be charging a fortune to use the ground for those kind of prices

Struggled to find prices for last years at Brentford but they seem to range from £15 to £350
