Of that team none of Gibbs, Brandao,Walker or Christensen played in a competitive first team match as far as I recall. Only friendlies and reserve matches.
The Brandao who now plays for Portugal isn't the one we had. Ours was a full back, pretty sure the now superstar is a forward.
The Brandao who's a forward is a Brazilian at Marseille.
The Portuguese one is definitely the same one we had, now plays for Siena.0 -

Paul Rachubka - £200,000 without playing a game
Gary Rowett - £3.5m - 13 games 1 goal - unlucky to be honest.
Souleymane Diawara - 3.75m sold for 2.6m a year later
Djimi Traore - 2m sold for 1m 6 months later playing 11 games
Ben Thatcher - £500,000 for 22 games n a stupid sending off against blackburn
Amdy Faye - 2m for a very poor season and 20k a week in wages
Karim Bagheri - £400,000 for 15 mins of football
Omar Pouso - £337,000 for a loan deal and 56 mins of football
