    Tut tut never got to see the real Ronaldo then, he was a class above, the modern dy Pele in my eyes.

    I've seen Ronaldo play against us although sadly it wasn't the fat Brazilian.
    Back in the early 90s i saw Gazza murder us at Selhurst Park

    I'd say they were the 2 best i've seen.

    Best performance by a player against us, one that sticks in the memory was Pierre Van Hooijdonk for Nottingham Forest. Think they beat us 5-1 or 5-2 and he absolutely tore us to shreds.

    I think real ronaldo (not Man Us ex lady boy) real Rondaldo, Zidane, Rivaldo, Henry and Ronaldhino are the best players to grace the planet in my lifetime. Bar Rivaldo i have seen them all play.

    The real Ronaldo diddnt cheat and when i saw him play i thought he was better. C Rondaldo was great at steping over the ball and running but technically proper Ronaldo was better plus he won the WC twice.

    I would also have loved to have seen George best in his prime.

    However the title of greatest player ever must go to Pele surely?????
