use it till at least the summer of 2010. Building is now not due to start until beginning of 2008. How frustrating would that be !!

you are joking. I was considering a two-bed apartment there. Initial release they were 95k (Eur). By second release they were 107k (Eur). By the time they are ready to move into they will be worth an estimated 140k (Eur). You can reserve one now for a pittance, pay 3k next April on contract exchange and the balance near completion. Very tempting but Mrs Large wouldn't commit.
  • Hope the key he was give still fits...

I'd still flog it now. Might never get built. A bird in the hand is worth an apartment in the sun - any day!

    really ??

'Final permission for the project (plan parcial definitivo PPD) is now expected in the second quarter of this year; however the actual building licence (Licencia de obras), is not now expected until the first quarter of 2008.
At this point only, can contracts be issued, followed by deposit payments, in all probability during April 2008.'

perhaps they are doing initial preparation work or something. I doubt Llanera would be starting without a licence although you never know.

considering the average age of people sitting in the west stand. The winner could be dead by then.
