    As I said before, just keep refreshing the first site until you get the screen that says you're in the queue.... then allow it to auto-refresh. If after an auto-refresh it goes to an error screen then hit the back button on your browser (that should take you back to the queue screen and has held your place in the queue). Then allow it to auto-refresh again until it gets to the login screen..... job done...

    That's what I did, and did it 3 times for different people... so don't really know what else to suggest....
