mrs ltgtr had gmtv on this morning as i was about to leave for work and there was an advert for something called 'vaginal' (or similar), a product, i gathered, to relieve itchiness and similar that women may suffer from...and i'm sure the punchline at the end was along the lines 'go ahead, feel yourself again'...even mrs ltgtr turned to me and asked if they really said that...

talking of tv, flicking through the channels last night, i caught that panorama 1997 and the bit from the valley with tony banks...the old (re-roofed) one-tier covered end, the one tier west stand with extra uncovered seats...the jimmy seend dwarfing the two in height...we've come a long way...

    Those Social Worker adverts where they say 1 + 1 = 3

What sort of confusing message does that send to our children?

Those adverts are pretty... off I agree. The other day I was at my ex's and we were laying on the sofa, her shitty digital TV freezez up leaving a very similar message on the screen, was pretty funn really, although I don't think she was very impressed when I asked if the TV was trying to drop a hint :(
