hello guys im just after a bit of advice i purchased the new away kit just before xmas £40 dont have recipt but the sponsorship it faling off the S and R is peeling and half of the K has gone it now reads < R B S is there anything that I can do?

Long time since i knew for sure but faulty goods so you don't need a receipt- sale of goods act- just mention the act if you need to, usually gets results. Anyway i'm sure they'd have seen it before and offer you a replacement without any aggro. Personally i'd remove the <RBS and you'd have yourself an original look0

Yes you can. You don't have to produce proof of purchase/receipt but it'll help if you can prove via bank/credit card statement, etc.
