    Good news long term IMHO

    FL taking first steps to controlling overspending by Clubs.

    May only be a small step and too little, too late but at least something is being done.

    Of course HMRC playing hard ball and not allowing clubs in Administration to come out of it with a CVA has forced the Leagues hand to a certain extent but it does, perhaps for the first time, give the league the right to look at Club's finances and punish them if bills are not being paid.

    7 Subs, good for teams coming down from the premeirship but some Div 4 clubs don't have 7 subs!

    Transfer embargo, is that really necessary when there's already a 10 point penalty? EDIT now that I've read the link! Good move.
